This 4-week training will build your coaching skills & give you strategies & tools to help guide students towards self-directed wellness action. Your learnings will include:
1. BUILD YOUR COACHING SKILLS: Practical skills to support students in taking steps towards change without creating resistance.
2. TEACH WELLNESS LITERACY: Learn about the many different elements of wellness and how they are connected to each other. Help students identify their own challenges to focus on.
3. CO-DESIGN CHANGE: Support your students to create a vision and design goals. The small step approach allows taking action at the pace the student chooses.
4. ACTIVITy BOOKS & RESOURCES: A useful range of practical and inspiring worksheets, books and tools so students can explore self-determined steps to change.
