It supports mentors in developing, unique skills in coaching communication & wellness and it supports them in feeling effective and resilient in working with teens. The mentor learns how to facilitate and model wellness through coaching communication skills which include Active Listening, Open ended questioning, Appreciative Inquiry, Strength Acknowledgement and Feedback.
